Since Charlotte NC has made so many 'top ten lists' of place to relocate to, it is helpful to know a little more about the area. We have comprised the top 5 Charlotte communities for relocation based on location, taxes, schools and proximity to Charlotte's inner workings.
Belmont/ Mount Holly: Water's Edge
Water's Edge is a beautiful community featuring a full swim club. Water view homesites on the Catawba River are available and numerous recreational opportunities are nearby.
